Our Paruthiveeran Karthi is the hero. i think Shivaji was the only actor in tamil cinema who got the top place in his maiden film itself, after that Karthi is the only man who got a top hero position in his maiden film itself. Karthi studied in USA and worked as assistant director to mani rathnam, but he was capable to do the paruthi veeran film with lungi and madurai slang.
