Sanah Khan, Simbu's lead lady in Silambattam, might not have hit the screens yet in Tamil cinema, but she already is a nationwide news material. Thanks to the controversial undergarment ad she featured in, that later went off air from National television for alleged obscene material.
However, the producer's aren't quite put off by the government's decision. For they have recently shot a sequel of sorts for their old commercial with Sanah Khan herself. Shot in the exotic locales of Malaysian jungles, the commercial that features Sanah and an Orangutan is said to have cost the producers a whopping 70 lakhs.
Sanah isn't letting the controversy get her down either. "Forget about the controversy, I simply enjoyed doing the shoots and I'm sure it'll catch up among public bringing enough publicity for the brand," she chimed during the publicity event organized by the manufacturers.
