Dada to retire from ODI after Champions Trophy in September

In an interview, Dada spoke his heart out saying that when the selectors asked him about his ODI career, he said to them that he would like to continue for another 7 to 8 months till the champions trophy and then call it a day. He said he wants to continue his contribution to the longer format of the game. He also said that the speculations about his ommission from the ODI squad has irritated a lot and he is very sure that he is not dropped considering his form. He also said that he was quite suprised when he was dropped. He also said that there is not much of one-day cricket this year. There is the Australia series, then India go to Sri Lanka for Tests and one-dayers. So there are five one-dayers there and then the Champions Trophy in September and rest of the year is full of Test cricket.

Will DADA call it a day in ODI's after the champions trophy and bring an end to a great player contribution to the Indian ODI cricket. What a player he is and man of such great calibre. Lets see how it goes for Dada this year with the Indian Cricket.
