Seems like the rumors shrouding Jeevan’s ‘Payanigal Gavanathirkku’ are finally clearing up and that the movie will be up and running in a few days. To be directed by S.A. Vijayakumar for ELK Productions, the project was almost on the verge of being shelved after the photo sessions were over since the producers could not zero in on a lead lady for the movie.
If sources are to be believed, Priya Mani has bagged the role to be cast opposite Jeevan, second time in a row. She just finished her shoot schedules with him in the lead for the Selva directed Thotta. And when the rushes displayed an almost flawless chemistry between her and Jeevan, it became certain that Priya Mani landed the role in Payanigal Gavanathirkku too. The movie is expected to hit the floors in March 2008 and slated for a year end release.
